Before De-Posit, the deposit was a lump of cash and a stack of loose ends, and everyone in the rental chain carried a piece of it.
The opportunity was bigger than a payment alternative. It had to give tenants relief, keep landlords comfortable, and give the operating team a workflow they could run.
