We collect information you choose to give us, including:

• your name, email address, company, and the details you include in a contact enquiry;
• text, transcripts, and an email address you submit when using our product-sketch tools; and
• correspondence and project information you share with us when discussing or working on a product.

We also collect limited technical and usage information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with forms and links.

If you choose the voice option, your microphone audio is sent to our AI service provider for realtime transcription and response. We ask for your consent before a voice session begins and do not intentionally store the raw audio recording after transcription.

Your edited transcript and generated sketch are processed to create the result you request. If you ask us to email a report, we use your email address and the report content to generate and deliver the PDF.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you are authorised to do so.

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
• provide, operate, secure, and improve the website and its tools;
• generate and send product-sketch results you request;
• understand site performance and how people use the site;
• prevent misuse, spam, and security incidents; and
• meet our contractual and legal obligations.

We process information where you have consented, where it is needed to provide a service you requested, where we have a legitimate business need that does not override your rights, or where the law requires it.

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Vercel Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical information about your browser, device, and activity.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some site features. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only where needed with service providers that help us host the site, measure usage, provide AI features, and deliver email. These currently include Vercel, Google, OpenAI, and Resend. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation. Some providers may process information outside South Africa. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards apply.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the service involved.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, access or correct it, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

This site is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the authorisation required by law.
