The introductory call. No preparation.
Tell us about the problem and your idea in plain language. Bring a sketch, a spreadsheet, a prototype or nothing at all. You hear what Planning costs before anything is signed.

Step 2
Planning. Shape the product.
Together we work out how the product should solve the problem: who uses it, what they need to do, and what belongs in the first version. Planning is short, and it is a separate decision from Build.

Step 3
Build. A first version customers can use.
We design, build and test the first version you agreed in Planning, then help you launch it. You know the scope, the price and the schedule before you commit.

Step 4
After launch. Keep it improving.
Once the product is live, you can keep us on to look after it and keep improving it. Both options are monthly and optional.

Why is Planning paid?
Because it is real work. You leave with a clickable prototype, a clear scope and a Build budget and timeline, and you keep all of it whether or not you go on to Build.
Do you publish your prices?
Not on the site. The Planning fee is explained on the introductory call, and the Build quote comes out of Planning once the scope is clear.
What if I want to change something during the Build?
Tell us. Small swaps that fit the agreed budget and timeline are part of the work. Bigger changes are quoted separately or planned for a later release.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Once it is paid for, the code and designs made for your product are yours. If you ever decide to move on, we hand over what you need to run it.
Can you maintain a product someone else built?
That is outside what we take on. Care and Development are for products we have built with you.
