Proking takes on a first product in two steps, Planning and Build. Each one is its own decision, and that is deliberate.
Planning answers the questions a quote depends on
A useful Build quote needs a clear scope. Planning produces it: a clickable prototype of the main workflows, a clear scope for the first version, and a proposed Build budget and timeline.
You decide on Build with the facts in front of you
After Planning you know what the first version includes, what it should cost and how long it should take. You can go ahead, change the scope, or stop and keep what Planning produced.
Build follows the plan
Build delivers the first version agreed in Planning. If you want to change something along the way, we agree it in writing first. Small swaps fit inside the plan. Bigger changes are quoted separately or planned for a later release.
